All sales are final, but if you have any concerns or issues with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible to find a solution!

EU customers have 15 days to make a return for compliance with EU rules. 

If your items arrive damaged please contact me at theartist@elainefraticelli.com so that we can provide you with a replacement or a refund.

I do my best to color correct all digital images, but due to the variability of color from screen to screen, the actual color of your art or product may differ from what you see on your screen.

I retain a digital version of all original artworks and the rights to reproduce them as prints for personal use, sale or distribution at any time. Original artwork may not be reproduced in any way by the collector without written permission from the artist.
