International Shipping Information
If you country is not available to ship to at check out, email us and we'll add your region.
You will receive a shipping notification when your order ships from my studio which includes a tracking number through USPS. Tracking for international orders can be unreliable or delayed, often updating only after the package has been delivered.
You may have to pay import taxes, customs or other fees based on the regulations of your local country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you look into your country’s import fees before purchasing to avoid surprises. We ship prints with harmonization code 49119100 (”art prints”) if that helps.
Shipping may take weeks to months. If it has not arrived in 6 weeks from receiving your shipping notification, please contact us so we can help you.
All sales are final. Please note that we are not able to refund your order if you choose to decline it at customs. Thank you for considering this before purchasing.

UK Shipping Information
In accordance with UK requirements:
For orders of less than or equal £135 excluding shipping, VAT will be collected at checkout, so you will see your actual total.
For orders greater than £135 excluding shipping, VAT will not be collected at checkout and will be payable upon import at the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Otherwise, the above International Shipping Information applies to UK orders as well.

General Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship?
Orders that do not include framing or mounting ship within 7 calendar days from when you place your order. All cards and stickers are made by hand in my studio and occasionally get delayed if equipment breaks down or other small-business woes befall us. If this happens I will contact you as soon as possible.
Custom items are made by hand and take about 2-3 weeks to create and ship. Expedited process may be available in certain circumstances. Contact us!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping in the US will depend on the type of shipping you choose. If you select standard shipping it will take 2-10 days, and sometimes longer in this Covid and beyond world we are living in. If you choose shipping with tracking, shipping should be 2-5 business days.
International shipping is another story - it is highly variable and can take days to months.
What if my order has not arrived yet?
If you are in the US, contact me if you order has not arrived by 2 weeks after you received your shipping confirmation.
For international orders, if it has not arrived in 6 weeks from receiving your shipping notification, please contact us so we can help you. More detail above in the International Shipping section.
Do you offer expedited orders?
Occasionally I can! If you need some art quickly, send me an email and I will let you know if I am able to offer expedited packing and the associated fee (usually about $20).
