This original abstract artwork has a starfish in the center with abstract lines flowing away. For this series I began with a large abstract painting then cut it into smaller squares. I took each square and added small details that complemented the colors and lines. This one has a small paper starfish wiggling around on the sand. The name of the series comes from song lyrics and was chosen because about half the paintings turned out to have a sea/sand theme to them. Consider bringing the spirit of the sea into your home this increasingly hot summer! Each 3 x 3.5 inch painting is framed with 1 inch pine pieces and includes a twine loop for hanging. These are perfect for a corner wall or a bookshelf.
